This Shipping Policy (“Policy”) explains how Gamer Fashion Designs (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles order processing, shipping, and delivery for purchases made through www.gamerfashiondesigns.store. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Order Processing Times

All orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

  • Standard processing time: 2–5 business days

  • During peak seasons or high-volume periods, processing may take an additional 1–3 business days

Processing time is separate from shipping transit time.


2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

We offer multiple shipping options at checkout. Delivery estimates vary based on the carrier and destination:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 3–5 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

Delivery estimates are provided by carriers and not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary.


3. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Weight and dimensions of the order

  • Shipping destination

  • Selected shipping method

Any applicable taxes or duties are displayed during checkout.


4. Shipment Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing:

  • Tracking number

  • Carrier name

  • Tracking link

Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear.


5. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

  • All U.S. states and territories

  • APO/FPO addresses

  • International destinations (if enabled)

For international shipments, customs fees, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.


6. Incorrect or Insufficient Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If an order is returned due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

  • Recipient unavailability

  • Failure to pick up the package

The customer may be responsible for reshipment fees. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.


7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Lost or Missing Packages

If a package shows as “delivered” but cannot be located, customers must file a claim with the carrier. We will assist where possible, but we are not liable for packages lost after delivery is confirmed.

Damaged Packages

If your item arrives damaged, you must contact us within 7 days with:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the damaged item and packaging

We will repair, replace, or refund the item based on the situation.


8. Pre-Orders & Backordered Items

If an item is listed as pre-order or backordered:

  • Your order will ship once all items are available

  • You may request separate shipments, which may incur additional shipping fees


9. International Shipping (If Applicable)

International orders may be subject to:

  • Customs duties

  • Import taxes

  • Processing fees

  • Brokerage charges

These fees are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer.

Delays caused by customs are not the responsibility of the Company.


10. Changes to Orders

Requests to modify shipping addresses or order details must be made within 12 hours of purchase. Once an order enters processing, changes cannot be guaranteed.
