Refund policy

This Return & Refund Policy (“Policy”) governs the return, exchange, and refund procedures for all purchases made through Gamer Fashion Designs (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By placing an order on our website, you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by the terms of this Policy.


1. Return Period

Customers may request a return or exchange within 30 days of the delivery date as confirmed by the carrier. Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted under any circumstances.


2. Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return or exchange, all items must meet the following requirements:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.

  • Item must be free of odors, stains, alterations, or signs of wear.

  • Item must be returned with all original tags, packaging, and labels intact.

  • Items must be returned in secure packaging to prevent damage during transit.

Failure to comply with these requirements may result in refusal of the return or a partial refund at the Company’s sole discretion.


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Custom, personalized, or made-to-order products

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance or final-sale merchandise

  • Any item not returned in compliance with Section 2


4. Exchanges

Exchanges may be requested for size or color changes and are subject to product availability. The Company is not obligated to provide an exchange if the requested item is out of stock. Exchanges follow the same eligibility criteria as returns.


5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Company Error: If the Customer received an incorrect, defective, or damaged item, the Company will cover all return shipping costs.

  • Customer-Initiated Returns: For returns due to preference (size, fit, color, change of mind), the Customer is responsible for all return shipping fees.

Shipping fees originally paid at checkout are non-refundable unless the return is due to Company error.


6. Damaged or Defective Items

Claims for damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. Claims must include:

  1. Order number

  2. Description of the issue

  3. Clear photo(s) of the item and packaging

The Company reserves the right to inspect and verify claims before issuing a replacement or refund.


7. Refunds

Refunds will only be issued after the returned item is received, inspected, and approved by the Company.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.

  • Inspection and processing may take 3–5 business days.

  • Financial institutions may require an additional 3–7 business days to release funds.

The Company reserves the right to deny a refund if the returned item does not meet the eligibility criteria in Section 2.


8. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before they have entered processing or production. Custom items cannot be canceled once production has begun. The Company is not obligated to issue a refund for cancellation requests made after the order has shipped.


9. Return Procedure

To initiate a return or exchange, Customers must contact the Company at gamerfashiondesigns@yahoo.com and provide:

  1. Full name

  2. Order number

  3. Item(s) being returned

  4. Reason for return

  5. Supporting photos (if applicable)

Unauthorized returns, including returns sent without prior approval, may be rejected or significantly delayed.


10. Limitation of Liability

The Company is not liable for:

  • Returns lost or damaged in transit

  • Delays caused by the carrier

  • Customer errors in sizing, color selection, or address entry

The Company’s liability is strictly limited to the purchase price of the item(s).


11. Policy Modifications

The Company reserves the right to modify, amend, or update this Policy at any time without prior notice. Updated versions will be posted on our website and become effective immediately upon publication.
